EuroAI Forum Online Summit

During the EuroAI Forum Online Summit we explored the impact of artificial intelligence across various industries with expert insights from Warner Bros. Discovery, Infermedica, Nest Bank and Enterra Solutions.

The key agenda topics included:

1. Warner Bros. Discovery shared how they used machine learning to revolutionize targeted advertising. Radoslaw Kita, AI Director at TVN Warner Bros. Discovery, explained how their ML system enhanced user profiling and targeted ads, resulting in a significant increase in revenue and ROI.
2. Nest Bank introduced their AI-driven N!Assistant, a solution that improves customer service. Dr. Karolina Mitraszewska, COO, and Mariusz Bukowski, Head of Data & AI, discussed how this innovation reduced Contact Center calls by 40% and enabled AI to handle up to 90% of customer requests, simplifying banking interactions.
3. Enterra Solutions showed how they help clients implement AI solutions to optimize their business processes and decision-making. Vladyslava Magaletska and Stephen DeAngelis shared how their AI platform drives improvements across various functions, from sales to corporate strategy.
4. Infermedica demonstrated how their AI-powered Call Center Triage system transformed healthcare services. Piotr Orzechowski, CEO of Infermedica, shared how the system reduced unnecessary urgent care visits by 17% and processed over 24,000 triage cases, setting new standards in clinical decision support.

Vladyslava Magaletska, Senior Advisor to President, Enterra Solutions, LLC

Vladyslava Magaletska is a Former Deputy Minister of Food and Agriculture of Ukraine and Former Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection. She holds a PhD in Cybernetics from the Taras Shevchenko National University and is an Alumnus of the Emerging Leaders Program of Harvard University. Vladyslava was a Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Head of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (30,000 employees), Vice President at SigmaBleyzer (1+bn USD fund), and AgroGeneration. She was also Vice President of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (the largest association of Ukrainian entrepreneurs) and a Member of the National Council of Reform. Vladyslava successfully led reforms at the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection, the largest state service in Ukraine, with 30,000+ employees, transforming it into a modern, transparent, and convenient service that protects the state, business, and consumers.

Karolina Mitraszewska, COO, Nest Bank S.A.

Leader in business transformation and development, PhD in economics, volunteer, lecturer, mentor, and mother. For over 25 years, she has been dedicated to implementing innovations.

A leader with over 25 years of experience, she builds teams that achieve exceptional results in a culture of innovation and trust. She is responsible for the development of people and teams, overseeing areas such as technology, data management, AI, transformation, cybersecurity, operations, logistics, and business transformation. Currently, as Vice President of the Management Board at Nest Bank, she oversees business operations and processes within the COO division. Previously, she held managerial roles at Santander Bank Polska, International Personal Finance, Provident Polska, as well as Ernst and Young and Andersen.

Mariusz Bukowski, Head of Data&AI, Nest Bank S.A.

Mariusz an experienced manager currently serving as the Director of the AI and Data Engineering Department at Nest Bank. Throughout his career, he has been involved in ERP system implementations, transition and transformation projects, managing server infrastructure maintenance, DevOps, and building IoT systems for the HVAC industry.

In 2021, Mariusz took on the role of Director of the AI and Data Engineering Department at Nest Bank. Under his leadership, an ambitious project to implement a new data processing architecture – Lakehouse – was successfully completed. Since 2022, Mariusz’s team has also been implementing AI-based solutions, including RAG systems, Document Intelligence, transcription and conversation analysis tools, chatbots, and optimizing internal bank processes using machine learning models.

Radoslaw Kita, AI Director at TVN Warner Bros. Discovery

Radoslaw Kita is an AI Director at TVN Warner Bros. Discovery with over 20 years of experience in Data Science. He co-created the Polish Internet measurement standard and has led machine learning and AI projects at major companies, including Onet, Alior Bank, and Allegro. A proponent of community engagement, Radoslaw supports meet-ups and hackathons and served on the I-COM Data Science Hackathons 2019 Board. He lectures on Big Data Strategy and Machine Learning methods at Kozminski University and SWPS.
